Statistics for a poker game. The basic game is Chicago, i would like to know the odds of drawing a spade down?

w_probe asked:

Chicago is usually played high spade down wins 1/2 the pot. Our variation is to combine all your down spades and use a point system. ace = 11, faces = 10 and number cards = their value. The cards are dealt 2 down 4 up and the last round down. If 7 people are playing and no one folds 49 cards are in play. what would the odds be of having 3 spades down, and what would the average count be? I know the odds of the first player getting a spade on the first card would be 13/52, but i do not understand how to distribute to spades to give an average distribution if one exicts.
